NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCE No. 2021-03:

On Tuesday, July 13, 2021, the Town of Belvidere Board adopted Ordinance 2021-03:
An Ordinance Designating All-Terrain Vehicle Routes and Regulating the Operating of All-Terrain Vehicles onTown of Belvidere highways.

It is in the public interest for the Town of Belvidere, Buffalo County, to allow all-terrain vehicles to travel designated highways under their jurisdiction per WI Stats. 23.33(11)(am).

This Notice was published July 22, 2021 in the Buffalo County News pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 60.80(2) and (3) and ch. 985 Wis. Stats. and posted pursuant to Wis 60.80.

THIS ORDINANCE DOES NOT GO IN EFFECT UNTIL ALL SIGNS ARE POSTED ON ALL COUNTY ROADWAYS IN BUFFALO COUNTY AND TOWN of BELVIDERE.
